NHW Supercard 2013 & Poster Contest

Postby SMJ » April 19th, 2013, 11:47 am

Norm Kaiser and SnowMan Jones are embroiled in another spectacular photo contest. In this case, we chose to see who could make a better poster for New Heights Wrestling's Supercard 2013.

Please vote for the poster that you think looks best.

Norm,
Isn't this where we throw insults at each other to inspire more voters?
Also, check out this poster on LoP.

I actually really like both of them but the top one just looks slick as hell. I really like that one. The other one is great too and I like the details about the title match hyping up, nice touch there.

The top would be a good black & white mini flyer that's passed out at a major public place of some sort. The bottom is the better overall poster.

Well, I was going to talk some smack here to stir up more views and votes on the thread, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Instead I am simply going to lay the golden fiddle on the ground by Snowman's feet.

His poster (the red one) is superior. I say it's his best work to date. I'd even say it's the best indie wrestling flyer I've ever seen, period. Extremely professional. Extremely sharp. Easily could be something given out for a WWE event. So you win this time, Snowman, fair and square.

I do still like my flyer, though. At your suggestion, Snowman, I amped up the contrast on the wrestlers' images and the colors do seem to pop a lot more:

Your is more original. Either way, NHW wins. Our contest got them 100 bucks worth of poster design.
